Mr Pinoy Property Land Cruiser Prado Promotion Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter is: Jai Thomas as trustee for The Santorini Family Trust trading as ‘Mr Pinoy Property’ (ABN 96 830 736 116) of 3b Godin Court, Churchlands WA 6018 (Promoter).

2. The competition is open to residents of Western Australia, aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.

3. There is no entry fee to enter this competition other than to enter into a formal building contract with the Promoter between the Opening Date and the Closing Date.

4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her/their agreement to be bound by these competition terms and conditions.

5. The opening date for entry into the competition will be 9am (AWST) 1 July 2021 (Opening Date).

6. The closing date for entry into the competition will be 5pm (AWST) 30 June 2022 (Closing Date). After the Closing Date no further entries into the competition will be permitted.

7. The prize is a 2021 Toyota Landcruiser Prado GX valued at approximately A$66,624 (Prize).

8. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

1. Persons who sign a formal building contract to build through the Promoter, Mr Pinoy Property, between the Opening Date and the Closing Date will automatically go in the draw to win the Prize and no further entry form will be required to be completed by the entrants.
2. All entries will go into a competition Prize barrel and the winner will be drawn at random at the function detailed at clause 9 below. The Promoter encourages clients to be present at the event, however, in the event that the drawn Prize winner is not present in person at the event, they will be promptly notified by phone and or email by the Promoter.

4. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. In any event, the competition will not be amended, cancelled or withdrawn without the prior written approval of the Racing and Gaming Commission of Western Australia.
5. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.

TIME: The Prize function will commence at 1pm (AWST) with the Prize draw taking place at 3pm (AWST).

10. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Western Australian law.

11. Unless otherwise notified to the Promoter, the winner agrees to the use of his/her/their name and image in any publicity material of the Promoter. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

12. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions unless otherwise notified to the Promoter.
